Fitting Pelvic Health Into
Your Life
Empowering women to feel their best so they can live life to its fullest.
Mama, take a breath with me. Deep inhale in, now let it all out.
It’s so easy to get caught up in caring for those around us that it is easy to put ourselves on the back burner. I’ve been there (and to be honest, sometimes still am). We deserve to be able to feel our best so that we can care for those around us.
Do you have pain that makes it hard to take care of your family, connect with your partner or do the things you need to in your life?
Are you embarrassed about having to pee all the time or leak urine when you’re not supposed to?
Do you feel nervous or unsure about labor and delivery or have aches/pains during pregnancy?
Are you feeling lost postpartum about how to best heal and thought that you would be feeling better by now?
It can be hard to know where to start or what to do. That’s where Breathe Physical Therapy and Wellness comes in! We are working to fill the gap in women’s healthcare and address pain and dysfunction that women are often told is normal and work to prevent issues from starting in the first place.
We do this in 3 main ways:
Guides
1:1 virtual wellness sessions
In home physical therapy sessions
If you are pregnant and don’t want to deal the the aches and pains or are nervous about labor and delivery, I’m here to help you feel better for those last few months or weeks of this beautiful marathon or ease your mind and help prepare you for meeting your new little one. If you have back, pelvic, shoulder or hip pain, pain with sex, leaking urine or just want to get back to exercise postpartum, I would love to help you feel your best and guide you back to pain free, confident movement.
Hi, I’m Danielle!
It’s so nice to meet you!
I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in orthopedics and women’s health therapy. More importantly, I’m a wife and mama to 4 children. The beautiful but life-changing process of having and raising these little ones has made me passionate about educating and empowering women.
After having my first child, I was thrown into the world of motherhood trying to raise this beautiful little human while also recovering from a cesarean section and pregnancy myself. I had little guidance despite going to PT school and I knew there had to be more out there to help me learn how to function in this changed body I had. I started diving into the world of women’s health and want to share all the information I have learned to help other mamas so that the advice of “just live with it” or no advice at all doesn’t have to be their normal.
I started Breathe Physical Therapy and Wellness to serve other women, especially in rural Nebraska. I realize that getting to a clinic is not always easy, especially if you have to drive a longer distance. And who wants to do that while managing kids and a busy schedule anyways? I will bring the clinic to you or meet you virtually to assist you in getting the care you deserve.
